Cancellation POlicy:
We ask that if a customer for any reason needs to cancel contact us within 48 hours to cancel the appointment. iF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED WITHIN THE REQUESTED TIME FRAME THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A 50% FEE OF THE CHARGES FOR THAT SERVICE. THIS IS JUST TO ENSURE THAT IF A CANCELATION IS MADE WE HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO FILL THAT TIME SLOT.
Grace period:
Each appointment has a grace period of 1 ½ hours before and after. This ensures we are giving the housekeeper enough time to make it there as well as enough time to finish the home cleaning.
Fees:
$20 for excessive animal hair.
$50 if the housekeeper is unable to gain access to home.(or 50% fee)
$75-$100 trip fee depending on how far the home is, we travel up to 35 mins. away .
50% fee for untimely cancelation
CARDS ON FILE:
WE DO REQUEST THAT ALL CUSTOMERS PROVIDE A RELIABLE CARD TO BE PUT ON THEIR CUSTOMER PROFILE.tHIS IS JUST TO ENSURE THAT WE ARE ABLE TO CHARGE FOR SAID HOUSE CLEANING if payment is not left in home.It is also to ensure we are able to charge any fees listed above.( this will only be after the homeowner is informed of said fees and an invoice will be provided upon request.)
Harassment policy:
We have NO TOLERANCE towards any form of harassment on either side.. Said person will get one warning if they choose not to accept the warning we then will pressure further actions which is termination and or cancellation of any further appointments. We ask that everyone remain respectful of one another.And if for any reason you feel you are being harassed in any way you bring it to our attention so we can handle it appropriately.
Drug policy:
We ask that all employees do not use any substances of any kind in or outside of customers home.We ask that all housekeepers have respect for homeowners home.We also ask that all homeowners refrain from using/smoking any type of drug while housekeepers are in home due to potential health issues.
Animals;
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL DANGEROUS ANIMALS ARE SAFELY PUT AWAY . AS WELL AS PICKING UP ANY ANIMALS CLOTHING,TOYS,BAGES, AND ANY CLOTHING THAT COULD BE IN THE FLOOR. THIS TO ENSURE YOUR HOUSEKEEPER DOES NOT EXPERIENCE ANY DELAYS CLEANING YOUR HOME.
CHECKLISTS:
EACH CLEANER IS GIVEN A CLEANING CHECKLIST TO ENSURE ALL AREAS ARE BEING CLEANED.aLL HOMEOWNERS RECEIVE A LIST OF THE TYPE OF CLEAN THEY ARE RECEIVING THAT WEEK AS WELL AS THE AREAS THAT ARE GETTING CLEANED.
REMINDER EMAILS AND TEXT:
EACH HOMEOWNER WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL two days BEFORE THEIR CLEAN WITH THE CLEANING CHECKLIST AND APPOINTMENT INFO . EACH HOMEOWNER WILL ALSO RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE VIA PHONE IN REGARDS TO AN eta the day of.
Home entry:
If homeowners would like their home cleaned while they are not home they can provide us with access codes for the door or garage. The homeowner could also provide us with the whereabouts of a spare key.
